Kat Fletcher is a Charlotte, NC-based lighting designer and technician. A recent graduate from UNC Charlotte, she has been working in theatre and film as both a technician and performer since childhood, and loves exploring the emotional impact lighting design can have on an audience. She is a freelance lighting designer and technician with credits at Children's Theatre of Charlotte and UNC Charlotte, as well as a stagehand with IATSE Local 322.
